We're beginning this program year not with theory, but presence.

Please join us for our first-ever DSPP Networking Gathering on Saturday, August 23rd from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at The Center for Integrative Counseling and Psychology (4305 MacArthur Avenue, Dallas, TX 75209).

This evening marks the official launch of our 2025–2026 calendar year and offers an opportunity to gather, connect, and cast vision together.

This year’s president, Blane Brazier, LPC, will be sharing a few reflections on this year’s theme, ANXPRESSIONS - an invitation to explore the tension and intimacy between opposites: anxiety and depression, mourning and movement, the other within the self. This isn’t just a concept to hold in theory, but something we’ll aim to embody together throughout the year.

This will be a semi-structured, communal event with food truck(s), drinks, and a giveaway for new merchandise, as well as creative ways to interact with colleagues. We hope it will serve as a space not only to meet one another, but to encounter something emergent in the collective.

We’re also inviting group and private practices to reserve tables to connect and share about their work with the community. Tables will be set up along the breezeway, and space is limited. 

We have the space for 10 group practices and private practices to have a table at the event to educate about their unique offerings in our community. Because space is limited, please contact joelle@themendery.com for more information and use this website to reserve your table.

This event is free and open to all DSPP members, and will also serve as the launch of our membership drive, including a new option to pay for the full program year up front. We look forward to seeing you soon!
